Step 1: Browse
investor status on investiere, you gain access to the investment proposals pre-selected by the investiere team.
Once you have been granted3-step accreditation process gain access to investment proposals.

If a company grabs your attention, have a look at its detailed online investment proposal.
Investment proposals include:

a short video presenting the selected startup

a condensed version of the business plan covering the main points such as: the problem the company solves, the business model, market/competition analysis, go-to-market strategy, traction, etc.

an updates section where the company regularly posts updates on the progress of their business as well as of the financing round.
Step 3: Indicate Interest
Once you have gone through the online proposal and are considering an investment, click on the “I’m interested”-button to indicate a non-binding investment interest. The entrepreneur then grants you access to further information, namely:

a comprehensive business plan

the term sheet
-
the Q&A forum of the investment proposal
Step 4: Investor Meeting
Each investor receives an invitation to participate in a real-world investor meeting (which can also be attended online). For us it is very important that you have the opportunity to meet the entrepreneur and your co-investors in person.
Step 5: Term Sheet
When you return the signed term sheet, you are given access to the complete due diligence documentation as well as the final investment contracts.
Step 6: Investment
The investment manager in charge of the specific case will reach out with further instructions about the timeline for the signing of final documents and money wiring instructions.
Your investment decision is only binding once you return the signed investment contracts.
